  ContentPeerPicker header shows black separator with Ubuntu.Content 1.1

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce

   1) Install Imgur Sharer

   2) Share an image from another application

   3) Click the share button in Imgur Sharer

  Expected outcome

   ContentPeerPicker separator should look the same as in apps using
  Ubuntu.Content 1.0

  Actual outcome

   The header separator is black.
