[Bug 1484664] Re: Visual feadback when the message one is writing is going to be split into multiple ones
you will never get 160 chars through; the max length is 140 byte and the
rumor of 160 has to do with the idea that you can pack 160 7-bit ASCII
chars into 140 bytes; but nowadays nobody sends ASCII, all are sending

Bug description:
It would be nice to have some sort of visual indication when the
message we are currently writing is going to be broken down into
multiple SMS because it is too long. That would help those of us who
are on prepaid plans save some money.
