  Aggregate rating number not updating

Status in Software Center Agent:
  New

Bug description:
  If you look at the Games department, you'll see "blamepopey" is listed
  first, with an aggregate rating of 5.0.  But if you click on it,
  you'll see it has three reviews: one 5.0 and two 1.0s.  Surely that
  doesn't add up to 5.0 average?

  (As one of the 1.0 reviewers, please don't take this report as part of
  an anti-blamepopey campaign, I just noticed the oddity and worried
  there was a store-wide bug.  :))
