  Input method appears over RatingInput widget and CommentInput widget
  when these they gain the focus

Bug description:
  Input method appears over RatingInput widget and CommentInput widget when textarea gains the focus.
  RatingInput and CommentInput widget should re-position(move-up) when Input mehtod popups.
