  Blue text input arrow in wrong place after UI moves

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Using latest rc proposed on krillin (with the new hotspot feature) the
  blue handle for choosing text cursor position is displayed in the
  wrong place.

  Steps to reproduce

  1. install image 103 (ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en) on krillin
  2. Open system settings -> hotspot -> Set up hotspot
  3. Note the blue arrow points to the wrong place:-

  4. Tap the password field
  5. Note the blue arrow moves

  Expected that the blue arrow should lock to the input field when the
  keyboard appears
