Bug description:
  Reproducible with:

  mir_acceptance_tests
  --gtest_filter=ClientLibrary.client_library_accesses_and_advances_buffers
  --gtest_repeat=1000 --gtest_break_on_failure

  Stressing the CPU ("stress -c 4") helps to reproduce the problem more
  easily.

  Marked as "high" since the test failure is caused by a problem in our
  core code, not the test code.
