It does appear similar on the surface. Is it possible to make this bug a
child (rather than a duplicate) of the other so it can be marked for
review again when the other is completed?

  Live webcam feeds don't work on the browser

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Visiting live webcam feeds like this one [1] don't work on the phone.
  They just display an updated thumbnail on refresh. It works on every
  other device I've tried (desktop, iOS Safari).
