Something (hard to reproduce) the system is leggy, and we don't know
why.

If we got a tool that can dump system status like but not limit to list
the top 10 process that use most cpu, it might be helpful to debug !

I am not sure if it make sense that we change to screen shot key to run
certain script to dump system status.

as proof of concept. (it only work on ota5 since it have dependency on
unity8 version)
