[Bug 1489072] Re: /usr/bin/unity8:11:LauncherModel::applicationRemoved:LauncherModel::qt_static_metacall:QMetaObject::activate:QMetaObject::activate:QAbstractItemModel::rowsAboutToBeRemoved
LauncherModel::applicationRemoved() is connected to
ApplicationManager::rowsAboutToBeRemoved().
The line that crashes is applicationManager->get(index)->appId().
Apparently get() returns a nullptr. However, in rowsAboutToBeRemoved()
items should still be valid so connected parties can handle it.
