  Try to start unity-control-center on unity8 sessions

Status in indicator-sound package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Using the current wily version, that doesn't work. Suggested change
  coming checking if MIR_SOCKET is defined and calling the unity8
  version in this case
