Message #99373
[Bug 952036] Re: [Bluetooth] starts automatically on start-up. No option in Settings to disable upon start-up and Bluetooth not listed in Start-up applications.
For me it still happens randomly. Sometimes after a restart , bluetooth apperars to be "on".
But I can not find a way to reproduce it. Not a big problem for me though.

Bug description:
Bluetooth starts automatically on start-up. No option in Settings to
disable upon start-up and Bluetooth not listed in Start-up
applications. Easy to disable but kind of a pain to have to do it at
every start-up. Other than that Bluetooth works properly.
