  WLAN to 3G connection does not connect automatically

Status in indicator-network package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  when a WLAN connection interrupts, the 3G connection has not the
  ability to connect automatically. on the other hand as soon as the
  smartphone recognize a WLAN the smartphone will connect to it.
