[Bug 1311647] Re: Should allow disabling rotation
No, it's about being able to programatically lock a web page to either
portrait or landscape, without the user having to enable the rotation
lock.
Use case: web games; mobile boarding passes; website that are designed
for one orientation etc.

at least on startup via a command-line arg, ideally there would be a
JS API for it (is there?).
