  Qt5 apps display squares instead of kana characters

Status in qtbase-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Qt5 applications can't display kana characters (see screenshot). That
  problem occurs not always, sometimes everything works fine, but if I
  try to launch app several times in a row it can be reproduced. I've
  attached example script on pyqt.

  There're similar problem with qt5.2 on Arch, but there it happens each time:
