[Bug 1490261] Re: package libssl1.0.0:amd64 1.0.2d-0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127
I'm not sure how this got into a state where awk wasn't available. So,
I'm resetting to apt since it feels like something went wrong somewhere
other than OpenSSL.
