Hi All:



Just wanted to let you  that once you rebase to this change id  you will need to either install_local_hadoop again



Or create a folder /bulkload   in hadoop with drwxr-xr-x   as permissions



the reason for the change is having thsame working dir for bulkolad for the dev,  test and clusters



load is used to populate indexes also

Bulk load changes



They include:

- changing workspace folder to /bulkload instead of /user/trafodion/bulkolad.

  so that the same path is used for the 3 environments: dev, test and clusters

- fix for hive/test017 issue which happens when the produced hfiles need to be

  split in odrer to fit inside the regions boudaries of a salted table. fix

  consist in createting the temp space for the processing with the right

  permissions
