Subject: Trafodion RC build

Hello Team
We are planning to have Friday, January 16th,  morning build as the RC build. This means:

1.       QA will not do any more UTT testing and will load up their machine for release testing

2.       Starting Friday morning, we will start gating process. The process remains the same as previous builds.

3.       Only release stoppers will be permitted after that.

4.       You should try and check in all critical defect fixes by Wednesday evening, so they can be comfortably merged by Thursday evening.

5.       Please restrain from checking in that is not critical to the release. It is very important for the thread to be stable for QA to proceed.
