Trafodion Developers,

We are declaring Release Candidate 1 for 1.1.0 release.

*       The RC1 build should be posted soon on downloads.trafodion.org<http://downloads.trafodion.org/> in the pre-release section.
*       The master branch is now open to new 1.2 content.
*       Any fixes for 1.1.0 need to go to the stable/1.1 branch.
o       You can backport changes from master branch using the "Cherry Pick To" button in gerrit.
o       Otherwise, you can submit directly from git workspace via: git review stable/1.1
o       Remember that stable branch fixes must be approved by Stable Maintainers<https://review.trafodion.org/> group, not the regular core reviewers.
