KDE SC 4.13 beta was uploaded recently. Being beta quality at this point
it is expected to not provide complete localization.

Title:
  Kubuntu 14.04 CS language after last update dont work, lot of is in
  inglish (date, kickoff ... etc)

Status in “kde-l10n-cs” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After last update Czech language works really bad, lot of translates
  are now in english, date, days, kickoff, dektop right click menu, etc.

  Before update was all good.

  Error is maybe in: language-pack-kde-cs or language-pack-kde-cs-base
