@patrick oliviero - Thanks i know this is bug in all languages, but they
say this is not bug. Finally someone confirmed this.

But in bugs.kde.org say this is bug in Kubuntu and here say say it to
bugs.kde.org or they say this is not bug.

Title:
  Kubuntu 14.04 - CS language - after last update don't work, lot of is
  in English (date, kickoff ... etc)

Status in “kde-l10n-cs” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  After last update Czech language works really bad, lot of translates
  are now in english, date, days, kickoff, dektop right click menu, etc.

  Before update was all good.

  Error is maybe in: language-pack-kde-cs or language-pack-kde-cs-base

  EDIT: Was next 3 language updates and 50% of system is still in
  English, but i have set Czech language.

  Its a bug because all in Dolphin is Czech but on Plasma desktop is all
  in English, the same like Dolphin move file with mouse and dialogue to
  Copy/Move/Cancel is in Czech but on Desktop it is in English.

  IT'S a BUG please fix it!
