Please add some informations under which version you disvered this.

Personal justification: 
Once you mix packages from various DE's there is always the slight possibility to end up in a dependcy-hell [1] - the command 

apt-rdepends  (see man apt-rdepends) - or online version [2] ))

may help you to find out if this comes from any other package beeing co-
installed.
