- When I install Kubuntu Xenial from usb, plasma 5 doesn't start up. 
- I found out that this is caused by kde-l10n-nl. Even when ubiquety install the language pack automatically the system can't startup.

  When I install Kubuntu Xenial from usb, plasma 5 doesn't start up.
