[Bug 46733] Re: Installer crashed
I don't know what to do or how to do it. I'm pretty much computer
illiterate, any help is appreciated.
I tried to upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04. It only goes to a black screen
with a flashing cursor and no input can be made to the screen.
I tried to reboot to the earlier version of Ubunto 11.04 but got this
error message and here I am.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
