Thanks for your report. This is a bit confusing, since language-pack-
gnome-es-base was last updated in trusty almost a year ago. Can you
please run:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall language-pack-gnome-es-base

and let us know if it makes a difference.

  A lot of pages became broken links since some update of language-pack-
  gnome-*-base lost target files.
