New question #150068 on The Search Engine Project:

Cannot install TSEP.

mkdir TSEP
Put the downloaded OneClick index.php into TSEP
chmod -R 777 TSEP
firefox localhost/TSEP/index.php

It downloads Update.zip then show the 404 Not Found page saying :

Not Found
The requested URL /TSEP/setup/ was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80
