No, actually it was doing something. The indexing is done in the
background, so you don't have to leave your browser open. You can see
the progress by going to Core >> Troubleshoot (or Customer Service,
depending on which version you have).

However, you will need to re-enter the domain in that regex field, as
instructed above.

If you are still having problems, post the log (found in the
troubleshooting section)
