No, I didn't.

This was an issue a month ago, and the resulting corruption required
wiping the site and staring again (and not installing TSEP)

Since then,  the Installatron TSEP version has been patched, and I tried
that. Installed ok, but simply does not work. Got pushed to list of
things to follwup on when time and motivation coincide.
