Hi there,

I'm running a Ubuntu Precise LTS.
Already installed:
- audio-tools from de repository ppa
- installed gstreamer mp3 plugin, there are two, already tested both with same result
-- gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3
-- gstreamer0.10-fluendo-plugins-mp3-partner

Now am trying to convert a mp3 do png with no success.
Apparently the command exited successfully with 0 but no output image is generated.
Already tried different mp3 same result.
Using  wav it works!!!

Doing it with debug level 3, I get this two lines at the end:
... GST_SCHEDULING gstpad.c:5021:gst_pad_get_range_unchecked:<id3demux0:src> getrange failed, flow: unexpected
... GST_SCHEDULING gstpad.c:5167:gst_pad_pull_range:<mpegaudioparse0:sink> pullrange failed, flow: unexpected
 
Any clues what might be happening here?
