The proposal to merge lp:~franciscosouza/txaws/txaws-vpc into lp:txaws has been updated.

Description changed to:

ec2/client: added support for VPC

This change adds supports for running instances in VPC subnets.

For that, it was necessary to update the EC2 API version,
I picked the last version.
