Be willing to work 2 hours a week on average. Not 0 (0 = inactive member, 10 = burn out)

Then assign tasks

Who is willing to mentor new members ? Make sure they stay on track, their questions are answered ?
And they contribute ? I would advise monitoring new members for a month, get them on track to be productive from day 1.

recruit experienced users for technical questions
identify forums posts to wikify
identify askubuntu answers to wikify
work on 2 wiki pages / week
