Hello!

I have some suggestions for the team.

1.- To organise how we work, and set goals we can use Trello [1]. This
system will help us to see what have we done, what are we doing, and what
we will do.
2.- As far as I know, the docs team has a session during UDS, we can
include this migration system as a topic to discuss, maybe an idea or two
can pop up.

Please, take this in consideration, so we can get started and have a major
progress during this weeks. Thank you!
