Good work, thank you for testing the script. I understand there is a bit of learning, which is why we work as a team.
I did some touch up. A little more probably still needs to be done. Take a look at my changes (for learning).
Some of the information is out dated (the thread is from 2005, a lot has changed in 7 years).
If you are going to do such an old thread, searching from more up to date information is in order, or ask first.
Also, we have a number of pages on backup
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BackupYourSystem
Probably better to add to or update an existing page.

Yes - once you have the file the tool creates - paste that into the wiki.
There is a sandbox you can experiment with at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ForumWikiTeam/Sandbox
nothingspecial saw that the tool is in fact picking the first 10 posts
so use the url for post #1 in the tool
http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=800462&postcount=1 for example
Ok, this is my first wiki page:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ForumWikiTeam/Sandbox/BackupAndRestoreYourSystem
Can someone check for me if it is ok?
