I can make a couple for Forum Wiki Team pages - one for rejections and one for pages needing editing - simple pages.

There is an index of the wiki - I suggest we bookmark it.

Not seen any feedback on that.

Yes, I think it wise to make extra pages for tutorials that need to be updated and tutorials that are rejected. Thus we can avoid double work (team members reading and judging pages that have already been judged/rejected by others).
