Further to deciding what to do with threads after a wiki has been done.

1 - Close thread after wiki has been done ( possibly leave open with note)


2 - New thread linking new wiki, old thread and note that support should 
take place in normal forum.


For the time being I will deal with this completely.

I will watch the Pages for Import wiki.

We'll see how things work like this for the time being.
