Pretty sure that's a bug in Ubiquity; links should always be opened with
the default web browser. (Although, it may be a change in Webkit).

** Changed in: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

** Also affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu

In one of the slides for the slideshow there is a hyperlink to the ubuntu.com web site which you can follow in the slideshow window. From there it is possible to go to various other websites which I think is rather odd.

This was discovered using ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu version 9 on a Karmic RC CD.
