The latest version of webkit (1.1.22) causes the slideshow to break, as mentioned in the bug report description.  A security check in Webkit's XMLHttpRequest is failing:
** Message: console message:  @1: Refused to get unsafe header "X-JSON"

Something is making Webkit think that the request is coming from a
different origin.
