Looks like it's a working hyperlink in the HTML file, so this is likely
a Ubiquity thing; its Webkit widget probably isn't handling links or new
window requests.

Using today's live CD.

On the "Helping Kubuntu" page of the slideshow, clicking the "Getting Involved" link has no affect whatsoever. One would expect it to launch Konqueror to the appropriate wiki page.
