I double checked, and I'm quite confident the current string has the
correct agreement between the (plural) subject and the verb, unless I've
unearthed some strange rule here…

“It makes”
“They make”
:)

It's a bit of a boring sentence, but it will be renewed for Narwhal
anyway.
