Yeah, V38 never got pushed to the archive, but v39 has your changes ;)
I did a side by side comparison and it all looks right. Seems the new PO templates haven't landed in Rosetta yet…

  This is a UI freeze exception request for ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu
  v38.

  Changes:
  * Some new strings and images for the Edubuntu slideshow.
  * New Launchpad translation export.
  * Fixed weird build problem that resulted in the Ubuntu slideshow not finding its translations.
