I'm aware of the fact that we are in UIF, so this might need an UI Freeze Exception, however, if only the default strings are replaced, and then the msgid-s updated accordingly in the po files, it shouldn't need any new translations, and no docs changes.

Bug description:
  The Ubuntu Software Center name is used inconsistently in the Ubuntu 11.10 installer slideshow, see the pot file (the translatable file) for the details (the specification for USC at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter uses Ubuntu Software Center):
  *On the slide for firefox, you see Ubuntu Software Center (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubiquity-slideshow/ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu/html/view/head:/po/ubuntu/slideshow-ubuntu.pot#L62)
  *On the slide with shotwell, you see Ubuntu Software Centre (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubiquity-slideshow/ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu/html/view/head:/po/ubuntu/slideshow-ubuntu.pot#L185)
  *On the slide for USC itself, it also appears as Centre (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubiquity-slideshow/ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu/html/view/head:/po/ubuntu/slideshow-ubuntu.pot#L244)

  If I understand it well, the en_US locale should use Center, and some other english locales use Centre, but the default should be Center.
