The ubuntu-installer team can refresh translations from Launchpad, but
we cannot actually translate text.  The ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu
template is not complete for French:

Please do not assign translation bugs in this condition to the installer
team.  I'm reassigning this to the French translation team, although I
will refresh our local copy of translations anyway.

  Oneiric Desktop 20110917 i386

  During an installation in french the slides show mixed text in french
  and english

  TEST CASE:
  1. Boot to a live session
  2. Launch ubiquity
  3. On language step, select 'French' then proceed with the other steps and the installation
