Between the current design and the vertical space consumed by Unity, I
think we can consider this one fixed. Ubiquity also maintains consistent
dimensions throughout the install process, so future issues related to
size should be sent that way.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  The new ubiquity installer doesn't fit in a fairly standard default
  800x600 screen. The window is not maximisable or resizable.
