Bug description:
  With the current version of Webkitgtk, I am noticing some unusual jpg
  rendering artifacts that do not occur with other jpg renderers. I am
  attaching one image which is particularly ugly with Webkitgtk, but not
  with other applications such as Evince, Firefox or Chromium. I am also
  attaching a screenshot of how it appears.
