Removing a string probably makes translators happy. I don't see any
issues there.

I don't see any problems from the docs standpoint either.

Bug description:
  As the summary says, Gwibber has been removed from the Ubuntu
  repository, replaced by friends-app. Neither of these is installed by
  default. The best course of action is probably to remove the social
  slide for Ubuntu 13.04, if we still have time.
