Re: [Bug 1169299] Re: [UIFe] Remove social slide, because Gwibber is not available in Ubuntu 13.04
Oh, cool! Thank you for your contribution. Don't worry, that will
happen on Thursday. If you'd like, you might want to get someone to
check the translation for errors, just to be safe. Thursday will be
the last upload for Ubuntu 13.04. There is a website with a preview of
the slideshow as it will appear in the installer, and I updated it to
include the latest translations:
http://www.dylanmccall.com/ubiquity-slideshow-preview
It looks like there's one string that you might have missed: "Make the
most of the web." If that is fixed in the next day or so, you'll be at
100% for the release. Hooray! :)

Title:
[UIFe] Remove social slide, because Gwibber is not available in Ubuntu
13.04
Status in “ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
As the summary says, Gwibber has been removed from the Ubuntu
repository, replaced by friends-app. Neither of these is installed by
default. The best course of action is probably to remove the social
slide for Ubuntu 13.04, if we still have time.
