[Bug 1798176] [NEW] Lu Next 18.10 doesn't revive from suspend with keystroke or mouse click

Public bug reported:

Recent upgrade from Lu Next 18.04 to 18.10 has seemed to break the "wake
from suspend" via key stroke or mouse click . . . now the power button
has to be used for each revival . . . .

Also the splash window says "ubuntu 18.10" rather than "lubuntu next
18.10" or what have you.

** Affects: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
