Manual .po changes? Every release we always update translations as per
what is stored in rosetta (Launchpad), manual .po updates in just the
package is not a valid way to get translations submitted. Did the
translations not get synced with Launchpad after this merge? That seems
to be the case as this string is not translated:

  In raring release candidate image, I selected simplified Chinese

  1st slide: Title "Welcome to Ubuntu 13.04" is in English
  Rhythmbox slide: Text in the description box on the left is in English
  Ubuntu One: Entire slide is in English
  Libreoffice slide: mostly untranslated
  Access for everyone slide: mostly untranslated

  In cosmic final image, the first slide mostly untranslated.
