This bug was fixed in Focal already.  It is far too late to update this
for 19.10 as it is after the 19.10 release cycle and does not qualify
for an SRU at this time.  Therefore, I am marking this as "Won't Fix"
for 19.10 as the bug is written, but will mark it Fix Released for
Focal.
