[Bug 1968553] [NEW] Incorrect word used in welcome slideshow

CURRENT BEHAVIOR:
The last screen of the welcome slideshow in the ubiquity install, states words to the effect: The Kubuntu development team WERE a leading team worldwide in the development of software [not the exact words quoted - capitalization for emphasis]

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
I would think that it should read: Kubuntu development team ARE .....

This might sound trivial, but it has bugged me over numerous Kubuntu
releases, as I would like the team to think that they still ARE a world-
class development team - as I believe they ARE.  I would also like
fellow installers to be assured that they are using a release which IS
being continuously developed.
