Good morning,
Jep, those are very good questions. I think we have to decide what's our
goal for these surveys first, then we can decide how to run them. Also
we need to decide how many surveys to do and at what point in time.
My current suggestion:
We do two surveys, a "combined" one for visitors and speakers right now
and a "post-event" survey after UbuconEU.

P.S. Ilonka, would you like to add yourself to the "Page maintainer"
block of this Wiki page? It doesn't mean that you have to do all the
